Laura and Ian | Lowson Church , Invercarse

I was so looking forward to Laura and Ian’s wedding day after their pre wedding shoot we’d done a couple of months before. With a traditional church ceremony held in their hometown of Forfar at Lowson Church, then a short drive through to Dundee for the celebration held at The Invercarse Hotel.  I cannot recommend the amazing Rev. Karen Fenwick enough! She was such a legend with possibly the best service I’ve heard for quite some time. We even had a wee plan before the ceremony where she would duck and move herself out of shot for the first kiss! Thank you Karen! The day was such a breeze and again I genuinely felt so lucky to be part of it ( I know I always say this but it’s true! ).

I think to have a super relaxed day you really have to forget about all the planning you’ve done before, trust your suppliers and just let loose! Laura and Ian certainly did that and had the best time on their most memorable of days.
